飲む日焼け止め

数年前に飲んでいました。ここ数年、東京の夏の暑さと日差しもかなり辛いものになったため、うっかり日焼けを防ぎたいと購入。
ただ、外出少し前に飲むという「習慣」が身についていないため、飲むのを忘れてしまうことしばしば(;^ω^)
今年の夏は、「塗る」日焼け止めの方が助けになってしまいました。次回はしっかり摂取して効果を喜びたいと思います。

焼けやすいタイプの人には効果大

日々の生活でははっきりとした実感はなかなか湧きませんが、ゴルフやレジャーなど外にいることが多い時に日焼けを抑えていると実感。
私を含め、特に焼けやすいタイプの人は日焼け止めをがっつり塗っても、1日中外にいた後は全体的に黒くなっているということが多々あると思います。
これを飲んでいると、黒くなっている感じが抑えられていると思います！

日本で売っている別のメーカーの飲む日焼け止めを飲んだことはあるのですが、ヘリオケアは初です。
毎日ではなく、今日は外にいる時間が長くて日差しがきつそうだ！っていうときだけ飲んでいます。
もちろん日焼け止めは併用しています。
なので効いたというはっきりした実感はないのですが。。。
でもきっと予防してくれているんだろうな、と思って飲んでいます。
